Fulmer’s Homestead is an old time country store and restaurant located near Beaumont, MS. The food is supposed to be really good. Meet at Polk’s drugs in Florence Ms. at 8:30 AM, KSU at 9:00 AM. Ride Captain will be Rusty Hilton.

Our next Ladies of Harley adventure will be on Thursday, May 16, 2024 starting at 530 PM at Joy Breslin’s house at 145 Hemlock Land, Gluckstadt, MS.
Joy plans to serve sloppy joes and a wonderful salad and Sylvia will provide a birthday cake, guaranteed to make everyone want to sing “Happy Birthday!” Since a birthday party would not be complete without a present, everyone needs to bring a wrapped present from home. Do not go out and purchase anything. There is not a set dollar amount, but everybody has something that they would love to regift or something that no longer matches their lifestyle. We just ask that it not be a dirty Santa type gift or gag gift. So mark you calendars and let’s live every day like it’s your BIRTHDAY!

9:30 am: Bonnie and Clyde Festival

This is an annual event to commemorate the ambush of the famous outlaw gang, Bonnie and Clyde in Gibsland, LA. There’ll be food vendors, and other festivities connected with the festival, centered around the Bonnie and Clyde Museum which is located in the cafe where Bonnie and Clyde ate their last meal before the ambush. Meet at Quik Trip on Springridge Road in Clinton at 9:30 AM, KSU at 10:00. Hotel information will be published later. Ride Captain will be David Sessums.

Red Bluff, also known at the Grand Canyon of Mississippi is a scenic site not far from Columbia, MS. After we see that, we’ll continue on to Hattiesburg for lunch at the Front Porch Buffet. Meet at Polk’s on Hwy 49 in Florence at 8:30 AM, KSU at 9:00 AM. Ride Captain will be Dwight Williams.
